Do you have developers on all islands?
Most of our team is based in São Miguel, with some members on other islands. For projects on islands with less density, we can relocate programmers (on short-term missions) or operate remotely with the São Miguel team.
What is the minimum commitment?
Minimum 6 months for staff augmentation and dedicated teams. For fixed projects (full delivery), depends on project duration. For long projects (12+ months), we offer 5-10% discounts.
Do you do outsourcing for clients outside the Azores?
Yes. We operate in nearshore model with clients in mainland Portugal, Europe, USA. Favourable time zone, real-time communication, lower cost than the local market.
What happens if the developer doesn't fit the team?
We replace at no additional cost. If in the first 2-4 weeks the fit doesn't work, we re-match until we find the right profile.
