What is the minimum commitment?
Minimum 6 months for staff augmentation and dedicated teams. For fixed projects (full delivery), depends on project duration. For long projects (12+ months), we offer 5-10% discounts.
Can I interview the candidates before hiring?
Yes, always. We present 2-3 profiles per position, you interview (via video or in person if the client prefers), and do your technical assessment if you wish. We only start after your final approval.
What happens if the developer doesn't fit the team?
We replace at no additional cost. If in the first 2-4 weeks the fit doesn't work, we re-match until we find the right profile. Your team's satisfaction is our priority.
Do you work with clients outside Europe?
Yes. We operate with clients in the USA (with 4-5h time zone overlap adjustment), Latin America (compatible time zone), Canada, and Africa. For US clients, we have programmers with adjusted availability.
